Mandy Mills, Clinic Manager

Mandy has been involved with business development since 1985. At our clinic she directly oversees the daily operations of our practice, our patients care and our team. Mandy has over 25 years of strong HR training, sales and marketing, medical billing and collecting, accreditation procedures and policies, purchasing, distributing and merchandising. Working closely with Dr. Partington, Mandy assures that all aspects of our practice are held to the highest regard for our patient’s care. From flowers delivered after surgery, to personal touches throughout our clinic Mandy’s extensive knowledge and passion for people elevate our patients experience to a unique level. Mandy also enjoys building relationships outside of our practice and participates in local charities, Chamber of Commerce and non-profit events. Her passion and dedication to our team and our patients is showcased throughout the practice and our staff.   

Shannon Kelley, RN

Shannon graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in 1999 with a Bachelors Degree in Science, Nursing RN and is currently finishing her Masters of Science.  She has vast experience in caring for patients of various medical and surgical ailments such as wound and healing with over 6 years of PACU recovery room (Post Anesthesia Critical Care Unit) and GI lab. She is highly skilled in emergent, post-surgical and conscious sedation medications.  Shannon’s enthusiasm for patient education stemmed from her overseas experience in her senior semester in Trinidad. There she researched, immunized, and educated patients. Afterwards she was self motivated to travel throughout Europe and South America rounding in clinics with specialty Surgeons.     

Shannon is certified and trained in neuromodulators- Botox and Dysport, and products such as Juvederm, Restylane, and Perlane. Shannon’s patients appreciate her compassion, sense of ease, and medical knowledge to make them feel comfortable. She takes enormous pride in her follow up care and enjoys the relationship that is formed with each patient.

Cynthia Mellinger, LMA

Cynthia Mellinger LMA, is an Advanced Certified Laser Technician with over 9 years of laser experience. Cynthia is certified on numerous laser platforms with specialization and focus of the Sciton Joule.  In 2010 Cynthia completed a Broad Band Light preceptorship with Dr. Patrick Bitter (inventor of the FotoFacial™). Her advanced training enables her to perform the most highly effective treatments for aging and sun damaged skin. Cynthia has specialized training in laser and light based treatments for sagging skin, sun damaged skin, uneven color,  acne, acne scars, spider veins, telangiectasia and rosacea as well as laser hair removal. Cynthia also provides chemical skin peels for the treatment of photo aging, acne and hyper pigmentation. In addition she is certified in the placement of Botox Cosmetic and Dermal Fillers which are used as a minimally invasive method for treating the aging face. Cynthia uses a tailored approach to treat each patient based on their lifestyle and personal needs. Her passion to treat aging skin in a non-invasive manner provides our patients with beautiful results.

Jill Alleman, Medical Receptionist

Jill has been working in the Athletic, Health and Wellness Industry since 1986.  Jill’s focus has always been ensuring that she and the staff that she has worked with consistently deliver world-class customer service.   Jill has over 25 years experience in project management, staff development, sales, retail purchasing, merchandising, inventory management, and event planning. Jill was instrumental in designing a Spa, Salon and Medical Spa from concept to full operations which included staffing, product selection, merchandising, equipment purchase, and creating service protocols policies and procedures.   Jill’s knowledge, attention to detail and passion in turn provides a caring, warm, and friendly experience for all of our patients.
