Mandy Mills, Clinic Manager
Mandy has been involved with business development since 1985. At our clinic she directly oversees the daily operations of our practice, our patients care and our team. Mandy has over 25 years of strong HR training, sales and marketing, medical billing and collecting, accreditation procedures and policies, purchasing, distributing and merchandising.
Working closely with Dr. Partington, Mandy assures that all aspects of our practice are held to the highest regard for our patient’s care. From flowers delivered after surgery, to personal touches throughout our clinic Mandy’s extensive knowledge and passion for people elevate our patients experience to a unique level.
Mandy also enjoys building relationships outside of our practice and participates in local charities, Chamber of Commerce and non-profit events. Her passion and dedication to our team and our patients is showcased throughout the practice and our staff.
Jill Alleman, Medical Receptionist
Jill has been working in the Athletic, Health and Wellness Industry since 1986. Jill’s focus has always been ensuring that she and the staff that she has worked with consistently deliver world-class customer service.Jill has over 25 years experience in project management, staff development, sales, retail purchasing, merchandising, inventory management, and event planning.Jill was instrumental in designing a Spa, Salon and Medical Spa from concept to full operations which included staffing, product selection, merchandising, equipment purchase, and creating service protocols, policies, and procedures.
Jill’s knowledge, attention to detail and passion in turn provides a caring, warm, and friendly experience for all of our patients.
Pam Hoge, Patient Concierge
Pam has over 13 years of experience in the cosmetic and reconstructive surgery industry. She began her career at Providence Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and worked with both Doctor Windle and Shawna Akin for over 10 years. Pam was instrumental in growing the practice from the ground up utilizing her expertise in Patient care, service and follow up. Pam loves the cosmetic and beauty industry and has extensive experience in surgical procedures, make-up artistry, injectables, laser treatments, VIP programs and educational patient events. Pam has a true passion for helping our patients achieve their goals and her ability to provide an upscale individual experience makes her one-of-a kind. Pam’s outside community involvements includes ‘Giving Chicks’ and ‘Kith Housing’.
Kellie Oliverez, OR Specialist/Surgical Assistant
With over 20 years in customer service and 11 years experience in the medical field, Kellie has dedicated her career to patient safety and advocacy. She brings with her meticulous attention to detail and procedure in the Operating Room and warmth and comfort throughout our patient’s visit. Utilizing her exceptional organizational skills, she ensures the office maintains the best, up-to-date equipment, optimizing the flow of care. This allows us to give our patients a comforting, stress free experience.
Kellie knew plastic surgery was her passion when she served in the Army as a member of the plastics team at Walter Reed National Medical Center providing restorative care to our wounded warriors from overseas. She continues her service in the Army Reserves. Kellie loves being a part of what we do here and it shows through her selfless dedication to our patients.
